We may use MailChimp to manage our newsletter and other email lists. There’s no third-party tracking in messages we send through MailChimp besides MailChimp’s own analytics, which may aggregate how many subscribers open a message or click the links inside. MailChimp’s privacy policy is available at http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy. We’ll share your personal information only to comply with laws or legally enforceable requests, to enforce our own rights and contracts with users or third parties, or to prevent harm to others and their property in an emergency situation. In all instances, we’ll share the minimum info necessary to meet the immediate need and inform you of our disclosure when legally and practically possible.
California Online Privacy Protection Act: In compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, L O Annie Press agrees to the following: users can visit our site anonymously; we have a link to this privacy policy on our home page; our privacy policy contains the word “privacy;” users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our privacy policy page, and users are able to change their personal information by emailing us.
Do Not Track Signals: We use Squarespace as our web host. Squarespace sites use information which does not identify individual users to analyze trends, administer websites, track users’ movements around websites and gather demographic information about the Squarespace user base as a whole. Squarespace sites do not link this automatically-collected data to personal information. To the best of our knowledge, Squarespace does not support recognition of Do Not Track protocol. Users of our website should anticipate that data regarding their visit to this site is collected and used in the aggregate as explained above.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act: L O Annie Press does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children and we do not knowingly market to children online without express parental consent or notification.
